TrailWyse Technologies LLP | https://trailwyse.com

Effective Date: 5 October 2026

Last Updated: 5 October 2026

TrailWyse Technologies LLP ("TrailWyse", "we", "us" or "our") respects your privacy and is committed to handling personal information responsibly, lawfully and transparently.

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, share and protect personal information when you visit or interact with our website at https://trailwyse.com (the "Website"), and the choices and rights available to you. It applies to website visitors, prospective customers, business representatives and anyone else who contacts us through the Website.

This Privacy Policy should be read together with our Terms of Use and Cookie Policy.

1. Who We Are

TrailWyse Technologies LLP is a limited liability partnership based in India that develops software and technology solutions.

Registered / Business Address: Flat No. 10, Saurabh Residency, Narhe, Dhayari, Abhiruchi, Haveli, Pune – 411041, Maharashtra, India

Email for privacy matters: trailwyse@gmail.com

For the purposes of applicable Indian data protection law, TrailWyse is the entity that decides the purpose and means of processing personal information collected through the Website (a "Data Fiduciary"). Where other laws apply, TrailWyse is the "controller" of that information.

2. What the Website Does and Does Not Do

The Website is an informational and lead-generation website. At present:

  • You cannot buy software or make payments on the Website.

  • The Website does not offer user accounts, log-in or sign-up.

  • We do not collect payment card, bank or other payment details through the Website.

  • The Website provides blogs and Insights, and forms to contact us, request a demonstration or ask about a custom solution.

If we introduce paid products, accounts, trials or subscriptions in future, we will update this Privacy Policy or provide a separate privacy notice before we collect personal information for those purposes.

3. Information We Collect

3.1 Information you give us

When you use the Contact Us, Request a Demo or Custom Solution forms, or otherwise contact us, you may give us:

  • Name;

  • Email address;

  • Telephone or mobile number (optional);

  • Company or organisation name;

  • Job title or role, if you choose to provide it;

  • The type or nature of your enquiry;

  • The contents of your message, including any business requirements or project details you describe; and

  • Any other information you choose to include.

The fields we ask for are shown on each form. Fields marked as required must be completed for us to process your request; other fields are optional.

Please do not submit sensitive information through our forms, such as passwords, financial account or card numbers, government identity numbers, health information or other sensitive personal data. We do not need this information to respond to an enquiry. Please also avoid including trade secrets or confidential information (see our Terms of Use).

3.2 Blog and Insights subscriptions

If and when we offer subscriptions to blog posts, Insights or newsletters, we will collect the information you enter to subscribe (for example, your email address and, if requested, your name), together with a record of your subscription choice.

3.3 Technical and usage information

Our hosting and security providers may collect technical information such as IP address, browser type and version, device type, operating system, pages requested, referring page, and date and time of access in standard server logs. We have not connected Google Analytics to the Website.

3.4 Social media

The Website links to our profiles on Instagram, LinkedIn and Facebook. These are ordinary links. If you contact us or interact with us on those platforms, the platform and we may each receive information about that interaction, and the platform's own privacy policy applies to its processing.

3.5 Information we do not intentionally collect

We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal data through the Website, and we do not use the Website to profile individuals or to make automated decisions that have legal or similarly significant effects on them.

4. How and Why We Use Personal Information

We use personal information for the following purposes:

  • responding to your enquiry, demo request or custom-solution request;

  • understanding your requirements and discussing our software, services or potential solutions;

  • arranging and conducting demonstrations and business communications;

  • sending you marketing communications if we introduce them and where you have opted in or applicable law permits;

  • operating, securing, maintaining and improving the Website;

  • understanding Website usage and performance through analytics if we introduce analytics in future;

  • maintaining business, communication and consent records;

  • complying with legal and regulatory obligations; and

  • establishing, exercising or defending legal claims.

We use your information only for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy or in the notice shown when we collect it, or for compatible purposes permitted by law.

Lawful basis

Under Indian law we process personal information on the basis of your consent, or for other lawful purposes permitted by law, including where you voluntarily give us information for a specified purpose (for example, submitting an enquiry) and have not indicated that you do not consent to its use for that purpose. Where the laws of another country apply to our processing, we rely on the lawful bases those laws allow, which may include your consent, steps taken at your request before entering into a contract, our legitimate business interests (for example, responding to business enquiries and securing the Website) and compliance with legal obligations.

5. Contact and Enquiry Forms: How Your Information Is Handled

When you submit a form on the Website, your information is handled as follows:

  • The Website sends the form submission to a Google Apps Script endpoint.

  • The submission is recorded in a Google Sheets spreadsheet controlled by TrailWyse.

  • A notification may be sent to TrailWyse by email if email notifications are configured.

  • Authorised members of the TrailWyse team (founders/owners, sales, marketing and technical personnel) may access the information strictly as needed to respond to you and operate the Website.

Google provides the Google Apps Script and Google Sheets services described above. Email notifications are sent through our email provider if configured. Access to these systems is protected by passwords and, where available, two-factor authentication, and the Website uses HTTPS.

The inquiry form is accompanied by a notice explaining that the information is used to respond to your inquiry and a link to this Privacy Policy. Where consent is required, we will ask for it through a clear, unticked checkbox or similar affirmative action. Submitting an inquiry does not subscribe you to marketing emails.

6. Marketing and Subscription Communications

The Website does not currently offer a newsletter sign-up. If we introduce marketing emails, we will:

  • send them only to people who have opted in, or where applicable law otherwise permits;

  • ask for marketing consent separately from consent to process an inquiry;

  • include a clear unsubscribe option in every marketing email;

  • let you withdraw marketing consent at any time by emailing trailwyse@gmail.com, and keep a minimal record of opt-outs so that we do not contact you again;

  • treat service-related replies to your own inquiry as non-marketing communications.

If we use a third-party email or subscription service to manage subscribers, that provider will process subscriber information on our behalf, and we will update this Privacy Policy so that the provider category and any transfer outside India are disclosed.

7. Cookies, Analytics and Similar Technologies

We use Google Analytics to understand Website usage and performance. When you first visit the Website, we present a cookie consent banner, and we only set Google Analytics cookies if you choose to accept them. You can review or change your choices at any time by clicking here: Manage Cookie Preferences. See our Cookie Policy for more information about our use of cookies and similar technologies.

8. Who We Share Information With

We do not sell personal information. We share or give access to personal information only where reasonably necessary, including to:

  • Google (Google LLC and its group companies), which provides Google Apps Script and Google Sheets for inquiry handling and processes information under its own terms and data-processing arrangements;

  • Resend, our email notification provider, if email notifications are configured;

  • our website hosting and infrastructure providers;

  • an email or subscription service provider, if we use one for newsletters;

  • professional advisers such as lawyers, accountants and auditors, under duties of confidentiality;

  • authorities, courts or other parties where required by law or legal process, or to protect rights, property, safety or security;

  • a successor in connection with a merger, restructuring, acquisition or transfer of business, subject to this Privacy Policy continuing to apply to your information; and

  • others where you ask us to or have given consent.

We do not share your information with third parties for their own advertising purposes.

Where a provider processes personal information on our behalf, we use appropriate contractual and organisational arrangements, as required by applicable law.

9. International Visitors and Cross-Border Transfers

TrailWyse is based in India and may receive enquiries from individuals and businesses located outside India. Information you submit is stored and processed in India and may also be stored or processed on servers of our service providers (such as Google) located in other countries. We transfer personal information across borders only as permitted by applicable law and take reasonable steps to ensure that it remains protected.

The availability of the Website to visitors outside India does not mean that TrailWyse is subject to every privacy law of every country. Where the law of your country applies to our processing of your information (for example, the EU or UK GDPR), you may have additional rights, which we will respect. These may include rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and data portability, the right to withdraw consent at any time, and the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. To exercise them, contact us at trailwyse@gmail.com.

10. How Long We Keep Information

We keep personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, or as long as the law requires or permits. In practice:

  • Enquiry, demo and custom-solution information is kept while your request is active and for a reasonable period afterwards so that we can follow up, answer related questions and maintain business records, and is then deleted or anonymised unless we need it for a legal, accounting or dispute-related reason or for an ongoing business relationship;

  • Subscriber information is kept until you unsubscribe or withdraw consent, after which we keep only a minimal suppression record to honour your opt-out;

  • If analytics are introduced, analytics data will be kept only for the applicable retention period disclosed in an updated notice; and

  • Consent and request records are kept for as long as needed to demonstrate compliance and handle disputes.

When information is no longer needed, we delete, anonymise or securely dispose of it. Where erasure is required by law, we will do so within the period the law requires.

11. Security

We take reasonable security safeguards to protect personal information against unauthorised access, use, alteration, disclosure, loss or other misuse. These include HTTPS encryption in transit, restricting access to authorised team members on a need-to-know basis, and protecting accounts with strong passwords and two-factor authentication where available.

No website, transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure. If a personal data breach occurs that requires notification under applicable law, we will notify the relevant authorities and affected individuals as required.

12. Your Rights

Subject to applicable law, you may:

  • ask for a summary of the personal information we process about you and the processing activities, and the identities of other parties with whom it has been shared;

  • ask us to correct inaccurate or misleading information, complete incomplete information or update it;

  • ask us to erase personal information we no longer need, subject to legal retention requirements;

  • withdraw consent at any time (withdrawal is as easy as giving consent and does not affect processing done before withdrawal);

  • make a complaint or raise a grievance about how we handle your information; and

  • nominate another person to exercise your rights in the event of your death or incapacity, where applicable law allows.

To exercise any right, email trailwyse@gmail.com with the subject line "Privacy Request". We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request. We aim to acknowledge requests within 7 days and to respond within 30 days. If a request is complex, we may need more time, but we will not exceed the period permitted by law. Some rights are subject to legal exceptions, and we will explain if we cannot fully act on a request.

13. Grievances

If you have a concern about how we handle your personal information, please contact our privacy and grievance contact first:

Privacy and Grievance Contact, TrailWyse Technologies LLP | Email: trailwyse@gmail.com | Address: Flat No. 10, Saurabh Residency, Narhe, Dhayari, Abhiruchi, Haveli, Pune – 411041, Maharashtra, India

We will acknowledge and address your grievance within the time required by applicable law. If you are not satisfied, you may be entitled to approach the Data Protection Board of India (once the relevant provisions are in force) or another competent authority. Nothing in this Privacy Policy limits that right.

14. Children

The Website is intended for businesses, professionals and organisations and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18 years of age, and we do not track or monitor children or target advertising to them. If you are under 18, please do not submit information through the Website. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact trailwyse@gmail.com and we will delete it.

15. Links to Other Websites

The Website contains links to third-party websites and platforms, including our Instagram, LinkedIn and Facebook profiles. We do not control and are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of those third parties. Please read their privacy policies before sharing personal information with them.

16. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time, for example when our Website, services, technologies, service providers or legal requirements change. We will update the "Last Updated" date and, for material changes, provide additional notice (for example, a notice on the Website). If a change requires your fresh consent, we will ask for it.
